Use a direct public or signed HTTPS download link. Credentials and fragments are not accepted.

For a whole study, copy the exact file size in bytes and its 64-character SHA-256 checksum from the data provider. Both must describe the downloaded file, including gzip compression. Undertone checks these before analysis. If the provider does not supply them, use Upload files instead.

Undertone downloads the object without storing the signed query or cloud credentials.
